This is what you will do
As Manager Data & Analytics, you will be the driving force behind our data-driven strategy. You will lead a team of data specialists and work closely with various departments. Your mission? Making the most of data to make an impact!
✅ Leadership & strategy
- You lead the Data Analytics team and coach them in their professional growth.
- You develop and implement a data-driven strategy that takes the organisation to the next level.
- You translate complex data sets into clear insights that contribute to better decision-making and operational efficiency.
✅ Data & technology
- Optimises and manages our data warehouse and BI platforms (Power BI, Azure Fabric).
- You collaborate hands-on on reports, dashboards and analytics solutions.
- You monitor data quality, governance and compliance (AVG/GDPR).
✅ Collaboration & innovation
- You work closely with IT, marketing, finance and operations to implement data solutions.
- You spot new trends and opportunities and translate these into actionable advice.
- You ensure a culture of data-driven working within the organisation.

You are someone who not only understands data, but also knows how to use it to create strategic value. You have a combination of analytical skills, leadership and an innovative mindset.

✅ You have
- Minimum of Bachelor’s or University degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, IT or similar field.
- 5+ years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence or data engineering.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and programming languages such as SQL, DAX, Python or Spark.
- Demonstrable experience in a managerial or coordinating role.
- Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (AVG/GDPR).
- Experience with Master Data Management and its management.
