Responsibilities
- Responsible to build extensive market knowledge to be able to quote projects as competitively as possible;
- Main point of contact to manufacturers, intercompany suppliers and dedicated open market routes;
- Keep supplier data and capabilities accurate and up to date in the different systems used.;
- Improve and use the relationships within Uniphar Group with manufacturers and include this within BMclinical’ s Sourcing Strategy;
- Keep clear overview when products has been quoted or ordered by multiple clients to guarantee supply;
- Providing weekly updates to project management on ordered products for their ongoing projects and outstanding quotations;
- Understanding market dynamics between price, documentation and other factors that have an impact on availability to be able to support with the best quote possible;
- Place orders with suppliers in different categories, follow up on lead times, keep track of project deadlines and guarantee a positive customer experience on our sourcing capabilities;
- Being able to Ad-Hoc change strategy of procurement structure, to optimize profitability or availability.

- Solutions-oriented leader with track record of finding creative solutions to solving problems, whilst having a hands on mentality;
- Commercially focused whilst maintaining highest levels of quality and service;
- Be adaptable and flexible during times of change.
What should you have?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
- Minimum of 5 years Industry experience, preferably within Clinical Supplies;
- Experience in working under GxP requirements;
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail;
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management;
- Experience in collaborating with commercial teams to support growth plans;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to comprehensively read, write and speak English.
